Makaton Support Videos

With the introduction of the adaptable controller, the community has a chance to welcome new gamers into our community.
A lot of adults with learning difficulties can be quite isolated, not all of them have friends or family around them and most support workers do not have the time to learn Xbox related issues.
As an ambassador, it is part of my personal belief that to aid our community efficiently, we must find a way to communicate with them.
With that in mind, I propose that a series of support videos are created, videos which have not only a person speaking but also someone using Makaton.
Makaton is a basic sign language which enables non-verbal people to communicate with the people around and with these videos, we could provide an element of technical support and also communicate with more people.
Xbox is making great strides to make our community more inclusive and with that, we need to consider how we will best serve all those that need our help.
