Require Xbox to have a user to use any App
Aside from limiting screen time and blocking certain games, why not require a user to be logged in prior to using any apps. I have a son who uses his Xbox one for Netflix and he can use the app without a profile logged in which defeats the purpose of screen times.
You can set restrictions for guest user that requires a guest password before the guest user can start any apps.
That way the guest is active, can be used by both parents even if imot one have his or her own account, but is still unavailable to the child.

I don't think this will fare well with a lot of users, especially if this is enacted for Oneguide/HDMI-In or the app for USB/ HomeGroup media server files.
Store is not restricted by screen time too. Please make sure store exploration is managed by screen time.

I have the same problem here. All other applications are restricted by screen time except Netflix. This is not a feature request. This is a bug in the software.
