Allow Parents to Access a Child Account's Screen on Xbox

Allow the ability to see what is happening on a child's xbox anytime by allowing screen share to PC. This would not affect gameplay on the Xbox but just allow their screen to be seen from another device. This would be similar to streaming games to PC to play but only watching.

This is already possible from the xbox app on windows 10 store. It's under the console connectivity section. There's even an option to be able to control the xbox from your PC. It might have to be on the same network though, I'm not certain. It also needs to be enabled from the console settings, under preferences and Xbox app connectivity
